Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of financial analysis experience is required; accounting experience is a plus.
  • Candidate must be highly organized with sharp attention to detail and proactive time management.
  • Candidate should be a solution-oriented thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google or Microsoft Office suites (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word); experience with accounting software (Xero) and business intelligence reporting (Metabase, BigQuery) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with operations managers in the construction, restaurant, real estate, property and facilities management, and event hosting business units to deliver accurate financial results, planning, and analysis.
  • Architect annual planning, monthly forecasting, and flux analysis processes.
  • Compile project spend forecasts and reports for construction project managers.
  • Produce prime cost reports and help establish performance targets for restaurant general managers.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts to support the treasury management function.
  • Collaborate with systems team to develop automated SQL based business intelligence reports and dashboards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Xero accounting software and BI reporting tools Metabase and BigQuery is a plus.
