Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in data engineering, analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Power BI, with knowledge of ETL principles, relational databases and data model standards.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or Python is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.
  • Adaptable and effective in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and development of BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and BI capabilities.
  • Document data flows, transformation logic, and user guides to support solution adoption.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
  • Track BI project progress and ensure deliverables are aligned with business needs and timelines.
  • Analyze performance data to implement continuous improvements in reporting and data quality.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver user training on BI tools.
  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or Python is an asset.
