Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (formal or informal), including people and project management with a distributed work force
  • Exceptional technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Superior organizational, problem solving, and analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills (email, phone, presentations, in-person) and able to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization, from C-Suite executives to front-line associates
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams within a fast-growing organization
  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
  • High EQ and ability to lead with positive influence
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines and client expectations while liaising with other departments
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of individual contributors who work directly with clients on a daily basis. Provide management and professional guidance to team through one-on-one meetings; regular team meetings; development of quarterly and annual performance goals & objectives; documenting and delivering timely performance feedback
  • Recruit, hire and develop team members
  • Drive the teams to meet business goals including client satisfaction scores and OEM SLA requirements
  • Cultivate a highly engaged organization, setting up opportunities for career development and growth
  • Partner closely with other leaders to avoid silos and combine prioritization needs and goals
  • Proactively identify process and system improvements to ensure our team is operating with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness
  • Take ownership of client retention, growth, and satisfaction
  • Act as an escalation point when necessary. Be the voice of the team in high-priority project and/or launches
  • Communicate with executives and leadership team on status, projects and opportunities
  • Solve complex and potentially ambiguous challenges in a multifaceted and environment
  • Decision-maker on any process changes or workflows impacting leader's focus area
  • Be confident with change management and comfortable leading a team through organizational re-structures
