Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in media or advertising
  • Knowledge of the health and pharmaceutical industries
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned health and pharma accounts both in collaboration with senior sellers on large accounts and on assigned smaller accounts you will own.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
  • Understand clients' business objectives and marketing needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the health and pharma sectors
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and marketing solutions
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored marketing strategies for large clients by being the central point person by which all teams stay on track.
  • Comfortable delegating tasks internally across multiple departments including but not limited to marketing, sales, legal, activation & production, planning, ad-ops, research & more.
  • Must have outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services for the health/pharma vertical
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
