Condé Nast is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in a hybrid Account Manager / Account Executive role, focusing on our health and pharmaceutical business.
Role Overview
This position will be responsible for managing and growing commercial relationships in partnership with senior sales leaders on the health and pharmaceutical team, while also actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned health and pharma accounts both in collaboration with senior sellers on large accounts and on assigned smaller accounts you will own.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
- Understand clients’ business objectives and marketing needs
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the health and pharma sectors
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals and marketing solutions
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored marketing strategies for large clients by being the central point person by which all teams stay on track.
- Comfortable delegating tasks internally across multiple departments including but not limited to marketing, sales, legal, activation & production, planning, ad-ops, research & more.
- Must have outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Contribute to the development of new products and services for the health/pharma vertical
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- - 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in media or advertising
- - Knowledge of the health and pharmaceutical industries
- - Strong communication and presentation skills
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

The expected base salary range for this position is from $95,000-$129,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
