  • Bachelor’s degree related field (Business, Computer Science, Project Management, Product Management, etc.). Master's degree preferred and a minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Product Management or Product Implementation projects or cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions.
  • 2 to 5 years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • 3 to 6 years experience leading technical projects.
  • 3+ years experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
  • Experience with products that enables clinical process – data management and operations
  • Experience with Clinical & Biomarker data
  • Experience with clinical systems and reference architecture (Integration patterns and data flow)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the life sciences industry and/or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) space
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex implementation projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills with a knack for technical troubleshooting and the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive vision and strategy for platform implementation, aligned with company goals and client needs.
  • Enable implementation of QuartzBio’s Precision Medicine Intelligence platform/products across various cornerstone clients by collaboration with implementation and managed services teams.
  • Provide client-facing support for technical discussions.
  • Enable and manage project plans while driving the internal coordination and execution of these plans against the product roadmap and release schedule.
  • Define and prioritize the implementation roadmap, balancing long-term platform strategy with immediate client requirements.
  • Define detailed implementation plans, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and timelines, and manage the implementation backlog in collaboration with the development team.
  • Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues, preventing potential delays in product implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, product management and software engineering teams to ensure contract specifications are met.
  • Provide feedback to the product management team on product performance, features, and potential enhancements.
  • Engage with key clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, translating them into actionable implementation plans.
  • Participate in regular scrums/stand-ups to align teams and support solving bottlenecks and roadblocks.
  • Promote agile methodologies and tools to optimize the implementation process and enhance team efficiency.
  • Aid the Product Innovation and Customer Success teams with creation of product implementation status reports.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitive dynamics to inform platform strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from planning and design to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Prioritize platform features and enhancements based on strategic importance, client impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless platform integration and delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, clients, and the implementation team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of platform implementations and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze implementation outcomes and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous platform enhancement.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and presentations, effectively communicating implementation strategy, progress, and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform technologies, and best practices in product management and implementation.
