About The Team:

You’ll be joining a friendly onsite HR Team made up of a Senior HBRP, a People Partner, 1 HR Executive and 2 HR Coordinators. You will play a pivotal role at our Banbury Distribution Centre by supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function in a varied People Advisor role, supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle, including absence management and employee relations.

What You Will Be Doing:

This is a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to be extended or become a permanent position

• The HR Executives role includes providing support for investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances by confidently advising Hearing Managers with a strong knowledge of HR practices and company policy

• Pulling reports and analysing data to provide a clear view of HR metrics (including absence, planning, labour turnover and ad hoc requests for data)

• Presenting key data in a weekly review meeting

• Managing the workflow of HR Coordinators and supporting the People Partner in upskilling the team 

• Managing employee benefits and Family Friendly policies including maternity, paternity & other leave arrangements

• As a HR Executive you will be expected to build strong relationships with managers to provide advice and training on HelloFresh policies 

• Supporting onsite communications and engagement initiatives

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD

Work Schedule: 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday on site. You will occasionally be required to adjust your hours to work later in order to attend an important meeting.
