Requirements
  • One or more years’ experience with residential real estate management.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to multi-task with specific time constraints.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain property waiting list.
  • Conduct applicant interviews and determine eligibility.
  • Coordinate on-site data collections and processing of resident information.
  • Schedule resident recertification interviews.
  • Ensure proper calculation of income, assets, rent levels, etc.
  • Seek & obtain Compliance Department approval for new move-ins and selected recertifications.
  • Work with maintenance staff for timely move-in/ move-out of residents.
  • Coordinate apartment inspections for recertification’s.
  • Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy.
  • Assist office staff on other tasks, including social media marketing outlets.
  • Perform other duties that may arise.
Desired Qualifications
  • Tax Credit, Section & Public Housing experience preferred.
  • Two or more years of college preferred.

Camden city and county officials yesterday joined executives from The Michaels Organization and the Housing Authority of the City of Camden (HACC) to celebrate the groundbreaking for the first on-site phase of Ablett Village.Located at River Ave & E. State Street, Ablett Village Phase III A is the third phase of Michaels’ five-phase redevelopment plan for William Stanley Ablett Village, the oldest public housing community in Camden. It is also Michaels’ largest single phase of new construction affordable housing in the city.“This groundbreaking is another step forward as we continue to bring positive change to our neighborhoods,” said Camden Mayor Victor G. Carstarphen.“Improving the quality of life in our neighborhoods remains my priority as Camden Mayor. It’s a priority for our Camden residents, and it’s a priority of everyone involved in this project.
