Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables for GenAI-related initiatives.
  • Develop business requirements and cases for internal GenAI projects.
  • Track project lifecycle, ROI, and push adoption across the organization.
  • Drive execution, manage risks, and report status on GenAI projects.
  • Partner with the CoE leader to manage and deliver GenAI initiatives.
  • Collaborate on redefining commercial approaches and staffing strategies for GenAI offers.
  • Refine solution vision, taking into consideration company and company’s GenAI strategy and data (i.e. demand), and be able to define how we break this into chunks for execution.
  • Estimate investments for GenAI offers.
  • Develop Value Proposition materials.
  • Assist in building sales enablement materials and track the lifecycle of offers.
  • Enable the Consulting team with thought leadership materials on GenAI.
