- Providing classroom, aircraft, simulator, and flight training for U.S. and Foreign Military Sales customers.

- Developing products to evaluate trainee knowledge and performance.
- Interacting with system developers and engineering teams to develop performance and acceptance test procedures for P-8A training devices based upon user requirements to produce training systems that meet customer’s needs.
- Reviewing and ensuring quality, technical correctness, and instructional design of draft and final training products.
- Supporting the P-8A test events at NAS Patuxent River, MD, and Orlando, FL., the Fleet Introduction Team (FIT) in Jacksonville, FL, Whidbey Island, WA, and at additional bases for Fleet training as needed. Travel will be required.
- 12 years of maritime patrol aircraft experience preferred (additional technical experience may substitute for military experience).
- 2,000+ flight hours in Maritime Patrol aircraft (desired).
- DoD acquisition and test experience (desired).
