Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, and basic Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to manage inventory flow.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for warehouse associates, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed.
  • Assist in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
  • Train team members on best practices, emphasizing safety and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to management.
  • Conduct routine inventory checks, including adjustments and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Food Safety, and Logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Lead weekly cycle counts and support annual physical inventory processes.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on data to improve team performance.
  • Support warehouse associates by assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a change agent by encouraging innovative ideas and solutions.
