Requirements
  • Five to seven years of relevant retail sales experience, demonstrating progression in positions that drive retail sales.
  • Experience working in a small team and strong management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent recruiting, training, and coaching skills to continually educate and motivate the sales force.
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and technical savvy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, with the ability and willingness to multitask.
  • Physical ability to move about in the store, including kneeling, stooping, using stairs, carrying, bending, stretching, and twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Champion and drive the customer experience, holding each Product Specialist accountable for all aspects of it.
  • Drive the retail sales plan by exhibiting accountability for the overall function of the retailer Kering Beauté sales team.
  • Achieve personal sales goals by developing relationships throughout the store to promote Kering Beauté brands and inter-sell.
  • Create and execute action plans based on the market calendar for goal attainment, including executing presell activities for launches.
  • Set and manage total-counter and individual Product Specialist goals.
  • Organize daily objectives and sales goals for each counter to maintain and grow the business, including holding each Product Specialist accountable for daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal goals.
  • Provide direction to the Store Manager and/or Product Specialist on the counter.
  • Hold monthly morning meetings, department-wide meetings, store-wide meetings, and out-of-home-base meetings to keep each counter focused on its responsibilities and driven to succeed.
  • Submit weekly and monthly paperwork to the Regional Sales Director and Department Manager on time.
  • Partner closely with the Regional Sales Director and Training Manager to drive all aspects of the business.
  • Manage training and setup, including guest attendance at Creed trainings.
  • Communicate and escalate all store, counter, and product concerns to the appropriate parties.
  • Organize each counter to present store and Creed standards and consistently maintain counter standards.
  • Execute all merchandising guidelines.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in the retail and fragrance business with an understanding of retail partners and store organization, preferably from the luxury fragrance or skincare industry.
