Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support / success related role using platforms such as Front, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Understand how to navigate and digest a spreadsheet.
  • Fluent in written English — you should be able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates at all levels, and convey your thoughts with minimal grammatical or spelling errors.
  • You're a self-starter that is always looking for the next problem to tackle.
  • You know how to multitask and prioritize issues, even in absence of clear guidelines.
  • Be comfortable with learning new systems and integrating them into your daily work.
  • Shifts for this role may include early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Shifts may include weekends, evenings, or early mornings. We are currently hiring 3PM - 12AM coverage. Please do not apply if you are not able to work this shift as we are only considering those who are available for this time.
Responsibilities
  • Understand every aspect of the Parkade product and how it works.
  • Understand who Parkade's customers are, and their current and future needs.
  • Share responsibility for customer support with our Operations team
  • Ensure our building operations processes are running smoothly, and suggest improvements to those processes.
  • Onboard new customers, solve existing customers' problems, and expand our footprint through operational ingenuity.

Parkade automates parking management for apartment buildings with a software solution that handles reservations, payments, access control, and enforcement. It integrates with Property Management Systems (PMS) to reduce manual intervention, saving property management teams an average of 10 hours per week. Unlike traditional methods, Parkade's platform minimizes inefficiencies and misuse, enhancing the tenant experience. The company's goal is to improve operational efficiency and increase revenue for property managers and owners.
