Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, business data, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of IT development processes (Agile) and tools (databases, programming languages).

Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.

Technical Analysis:

• Be able to triage and diagnose technical issues in code and data. Be able to formulate high-level approaches to design issues and recommend business architecture solutions to clients and developers.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Support testing of solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any issues identified during testing.

Documentation:

• Create comprehensive documentation for solutions, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate IT solution development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
• Basic understanding of modern programming concepts and languages
• Experience with US Health Care Payor systems implementations
