Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality; food & beverage management experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of beachside operations, pool management, and guest services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanor
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • CPR/First Aid and/or Lifeguard certification is a plus. Servsafe Food Manager Certificate preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the beach house, pool area, and private beach access
  • Coordinate F&B offerings to align with the property’s luxury standards, from menu planning to service execution
  • Ensure all areas are impeccably maintained, staged, and guest-ready at all times
  • Greet and host VIP guests, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction throughout their stay. Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, issues, and feedback, ensuring a luxury-level experience
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are upheld in all F&B operations
  • Supervise upkeep of pool equipment, beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, towels), and property furnishings
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies including F&B provisions & guest supplies
  • Schedule routine inspections, repairs, and deep cleaning in collaboration with vendors and internal teams
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed, including lifeguard coordination (if applicable) and guest safety briefings
  • Supervise beach house and beach attendants, ensuring high levels of professionalism and hospitality
  • Train seasonal or part-time staff in luxury service standards and property protocols
  • Lead daily briefings and coordinate schedules to optimize team performance
  • Track guest feedback, usage trends, and maintenance logs
  • Order & inventory beverage supplies
  • Manage budgets related to supplies, staffing, and equipment servicing
  • Report any incidents, guest concerns, or property issues to senior management in a timely manner
