Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal technology teams, and users with various skill levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience in the IT field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in end-user support with Windows-based LAN/WAN and remote access support experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system, Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting iOS-based devices, conference systems, Microsoft Surface devices, and HP laptops.
- Proficient English communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for end-user customers through phone, email, or in-person communication by analyzing and troubleshooting problems and performing hardware and software installation and testing.
- Maintain user manuals and internal documents covering processes, solutions, and the environment for continuous operational improvement.
- Provide server administration support, including monitoring.
- Monitor the network environment, including desktop and network maintenance, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform server administration, user account management, basic administration, and troubleshooting activities.
- Prioritize incoming requests or issues and escalate them to designated support teams as necessary.
- Provide periodic IT training to users and participate in regional and global IT projects.
Desired Qualifications
- ITFL Foundation, A+, Network+, Microsoft product-related certifications, or other IT vendor certifications, preferred but not required.
