  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably working with an (international) partner network
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential, as is a proactive working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Logical thinker with creative problem-solving ability
Responsibilities
  • WWN Members provide local business information data and analytics from their local countries
  • WWN Members have the exclusive distribution right for their countries to sell Dun & Bradstreet products and data and use the D&B brand
  • Working with WWN partners to increase global synergies and revenue globally. The objective is to increase growth with our partners and support them with their strategy, brand recognition and marketing activities
  • Develop and implement a marketing and branding strategy in collaboration with International Marketing for the sub-brand 'Worldwide Network', to drive brand recognition and inbound leads. Including joint marketing campaigns that all partners can participate in
  • Work with the D&B international marketing and communications teams for consistent branding across the WWN and D&B owned markets as well as leveraging campaigns that can be shared with WWN partner marketing teams
  • Develop a robust digital marketing strategy, servicing the WWN partners with new insights and product marketing collateral
  • Drive deeper and sustainable relationships between the teams across Asia, Europe and US offices
  • Manage the Marketing Community including:
  • Hosting monthly Marketing Community Knowledge Share sessions
  • Hosting 121s with WWN partner marketing teams
  • Manage the Marketing Community Workplace group
  • Manage the Sales Community including:
  • Partner Program (sales incentive contest)
  • Host monthly Sales Community Knowledge Share sessions
  • Manage the Sales Community Workplace group
  • Hosting WWN relevant webinars that are available to all partners to share with their clients to register and participate
  • Produce WWN perspective articles on relevant topics that can be used by WWN team and WWN partners
  • Support WWN Product team:
  • With creation of a launch-in-a-box by collecting materials for key new launches
  • Keep marketing collateral updated in WWN Sales Spot
  • Provide information on D&B marketing initiatives during regular product sessions with partners
  • Manage the product communications to partners
  • Manage and author WWN Insights, the quarterly newsletter showcasing key WWN news, sales wins, and updates as well as the Partner Program results. The newsletter is shared with the WWN community as well as senior leaders and key stakeholders at Dun & Bradstreet
  • Stimulate engagement between partners through our social media platform Workplace and by organizing educational webinars on local data capabilities, Members on Stage
  • Manage the WWN tools including WWN Sales Spot, Partner Hub, Workplace and D&B IQ
  • Manage the WWN web page and LinkedIn page
  • Project manage the Global Bankruptcy report
  • Manage WWN lead routing to ensure all leads are sent to WWN partners
  • Support WWN Partners with ad hoc requests for marketing materials
  • Managing the PCN (Partner Change Notification) portal as coordinator, supporting with progressing PCN's through approval stage and user management
  • Managing the WWN team budget, new POs and PO tracker
  • Executive Assistant to the WWN General Manager including:
  • Diary management
  • Managing expenses
  • Managing travel planning
  • Managing WWN team events
