Responsibilities
  • Create a productive space where everyone has a sense of belonging
  • Manage and optimize office operations (e.g., restocking snacks and office supplies, ensuring the workplace is comfortable and expectations are clear, ensuring the space aligns with our culture, etc.)
  • Develop and manage dynamic office budgets and update as context changes
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Organize and manage team events including our annual holiday party, happy hours, in-office events / games
  • Support our HR team by helping with payroll, HR compliance, benefits/rewards programs, onboarding and other additional HR related tasks
  • Support our recruiting team by scheduling onsite interviews, escorting candidates onsite, and providing an amazing candidate experience overall
  • Manage onboarding new employees, including pre-day 1 communications, Day 1 overview, and more
  • Be accountable for the successful execution of critical meetings, including leadership team meetings, monthly All Hands, customer visits leadership team offsites, quarterly board meetings, and more
  • Support calendar management / coordination
