Requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 4 years serving in an HR Systems capacity
  • 4 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience with Workday HRIS
  • Experience working in both private and public organizations
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities
  • Optimize existing HR systems and establish goals and priorities for implementing new HR System solutions
  • Plan, budget, and forecast organizational needs inclusive of system upgrades
  • Remedy gaps and minimize transactional HR activity
  • Act as the primary liaison between Corporate IT & Business Systems, People Operations, and Recruiting Operations
  • Project manage implementation of new software and configuration changes
  • Develop a plan for short- and long-term maintenance of data in tables
  • Partner with the Internal Controls team and People team process owners to establish procedures and serve as the point of contact for audits of internal People data and processes
