Requirements
  • 5+ years relevant Data Analyst experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Very strong Tableau knowledge
  • Strong desire to get things done and demonstrate urgency with small & big initiatives
  • Self-motivated with exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate data visually, effectively communicating results in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical disciplines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work products
  • Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects in an organized and timely manner
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with confidence
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills; ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels and cross functionally and effectively manage differences of opinions
Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain the data model and database for relevant pricing data and product entitlements
  • Oversee and manage the customer migration plan from the legacy to the new price model
  • Collect input from Account Managers and / or Revenue Ops to resolve final edge cases
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Support efforts to improve systems and tools (ex: streamline data sources, create self-serve reporting) that support the sales and product marketing teams
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing leadership to define and operationalize key Sales KPIs by building out self-serve reporting
  • Synthesize analyses into compelling presentations and effectively communicate findings on key trends, insights, and implications while aligning stakeholders on action plans
  • Work across a global organization to ensure consistent reporting and operations across the organization
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and with collaboration across multiple teams
  • You thrive in problem solving. You have the insight to identify problems, address a problem, and collaboratively develop a solution
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Software industry (SaaS) experience is an advantage
  • SQL experience
  • Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
