Role Summary

The Product Support Procurement Team within the Land & Air Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit has a great opportunity for a Procurement Analyst in a highly collaborative role where you will have the opportunity to lead in the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services, management of supplier performance - the entire purchase order life cycle for fast paced Product Support Programs.  Our ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, facilitate cross functional discussions, negotiate best price and delivery, and develop lasting relationships with the supply base.

What You Will Do:

• Perform procurement and supplier management activities in support of U.S. Government and Commercial contracts.
• Place purchase orders of low to medium complexity and medium volume.
• Utilize source selection techniques, compile, and analyze data to perform price analysis, conduct negotiations (including terms and conditions), and identify supplier risks, with guidance as needed.
• Ensure that requirements (prime contract, quality, terms and conditions) are properly communicated to suppliers and manage supplier performance to cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Work cross functionally with engineering, quality, and program management along with other key functional groups to ensure program needs are met.
• Monitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets.
• Communicate clearly and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility yet be thorough and compliant with government and Raytheon regulations, while successfully driving tasks to completion.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement/buyer role or supply chain.
• Experience participating in formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual requirements).
• Experience corresponding verbally and written with internal customers and suppliers
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally, if required.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• DoD procurement experience and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience with SAP.
• Six sigma and productivity improvement experience.
• Level 4 acquisition certification
• Working knowledge of Raytheon systems, processes, and procedures

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
