  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Systems including Salesforce, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in a VC-backed SaaS startup environment
  • Experience creating infrastructure within the Revenue Operations department
  • Experience building out a CRM (ideally Salesforce)
Responsibilities
  • Own system configurations (fields, workflows, point-to-point integrations between revenue systems)
  • Own Revenue capacity modeling, compensation planning, account segmentation, territory creation, and headcount planning
  • Analyze revenue workflows across customer acquisition, expansion, and renewal motions
  • Create and monitor a reporting infrastructure through Salesforce and related tools
  • Partner with revenue leadership on Sales and CS processes
