- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in a conversational style, understanding of user personas and design flow
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and conversational design principles
- Experience with UX, content strategy development and execution
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
- Familiarity with chatbot development platforms, natural language processing, and machine learning
- Written and oral proficiency in English
- Domain knowledge of financial services industry: specifically, banks and credit unions
- Prior experience working with Amazon Lex, Kendra
- HTML, SQL, Knowledge Graphs
- Design and prototype high-quality conversational content for virtual assistants and chatbots that are intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible for voice-based interactions
- Develop and maintain a content strategy that aligns with the overall product strategy and user needs
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create conversational flows that optimize user engagement and drive desired outcomes
- Conduct user research and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving conversational content and user experience
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate on content to continuously improve user engagement and retention
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in conversational content design and development
- Implement and improve processes and procedures regarding NLU models
