Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation for virtual assistants or chatbots
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in a conversational style, understanding of user personas and design flow
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing and conversational design principles
  • Experience with UX, content strategy development and execution
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Familiarity with chatbot development platforms, natural language processing, and machine learning
  • Written and oral proficiency in English
  • Domain knowledge of financial services industry: specifically, banks and credit unions
  • Prior experience working with Amazon Lex, Kendra
  • HTML, SQL, Knowledge Graphs
Responsibilities
  • Design and prototype high-quality conversational content for virtual assistants and chatbots that are intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible for voice-based interactions
  • Develop and maintain a content strategy that aligns with the overall product strategy and user needs
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create conversational flows that optimize user engagement and drive desired outcomes
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving conversational content and user experience
  • Monitor performance metrics and iterate on content to continuously improve user engagement and retention
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in conversational content design and development
  • Implement and improve processes and procedures regarding NLU models
