Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of eight years relevant work experience in Construction, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field or
  • Master's Degree and a minimum of six years relevant work experience in Construction, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed and enforced and provide the needed leadership around promoting good housekeeping practices and the use of HPI while in the office or on field visits.
  • Lead and mentor a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee the administration and strategic direction of the Maximo-based CworX software solution used across Construction operations.
  • Manage the rollout of Phase 2 designs, system modifications, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with operational needs and timelines.
  • Work closely with various Construction areas and the Reporting and Data Analytics team to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of system updates, enhancements, and fixes, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the system complies with all procedures, SOX and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to the operating organizations during system emergencies by redirecting the resources of the group to assist in the fullest possible extent.
  • Ensure adherence to the Companys Equal Opportunity policies.
  • Establishes an effective line of communication with senior management and organizations being served by the group's construction activities to facilitate the open exchange of shared goals and requirements to be accomplished through the completion of the projects.
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments e.g. working on special projects as needed with cross organizational teams in order to continue forward momentum, growth and positive change.
Desired Qualifications
  • Working knowledge and experience in the following areas: Contract Administration, Construction Operations, Contractor Payments, Change Management, System Integration, Work Management Systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle, Maximo and other data analytic software
  • Experience or knowledge of Construction Work Exchange (CworX)
