Requirements
  • Management consulting and workplace strategy experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage required aspects of workplace consulting projects from initial workplace strategy through project closeout.
  • Support team members while working independently or as part of group projects.
  • Recruit, lead, and coach team members as required.
  • Deliver client-centric projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and produce business plans, define project scopes, write proposals, and deliver projects.
  • Develop, communicate, and act on the business plan, including market position and revenue projections.
  • Lead and manage a team serving multiple client projects across different stages of progress.
  • Oversee workplace consulting engagements and work directly with client stakeholders to develop and implement assignments, strategies, and solutions.
  • Originate and develop business through marketplace engagement and professional networks.
  • Respond to formal request-for-proposal opportunities with proposals covering client requirements, work program, project team, budget, and qualifications.
  • Develop marketing content, frameworks, and best practices for proposals, contracts, and new client opportunities.
  • Advance client deliverables across workplace strategy, management consulting, design, procurement, implementation, and financial analysis.
  • Advance the workplace consulting service offering alongside the President of Professional Services and leadership team.
  • Manage project staffing support and resource allocation to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods, financial analysis, program design and implementation, and strategic consulting practices to client assignments.
  • Understand, negotiate, and enforce client contract terms.
  • Identify innovation and best practices and apply new ideas to client work and internal processes.
