Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise applications, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role
  • Proven success in leading large-scale application initiatives across multiple business domains
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, HCM, and other enterprise platforms
  • Experience with cloud-based application ecosystems (e.g., Filevine, ADP, etc)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the enterprise application strategy in alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives
  • Application Portfolio Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications—from selection and implementation to optimization and retirement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to understand needs and deliver tailored application solutions
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure application systems comply with internal policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of application managers, analysts, and developers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure value delivery and performance
  • Performance & Metrics: Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure application performance, user satisfaction, and business impact
