Scully Company opens 144-unit Phoenix Ridge apartments in Allentown. Allentown has a new apartment community. Scully Company celebrated the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration for Phoenix Ridge Apartments in Allentown this week. Phoenix Ridge is a new, three-story ground-up construction apartment community made up of four buildings with 144 one-and two-bedroom apartments, The community began occupancy in March and is now 35% leased. Phoenix Ridge is located at 520 W. Cumberland Street, Allentown. According to the developer, this is the first high-end multifamily product in this neighborhood. The gated four-building community was designed by MKSD Architects to blend the benefits of easy and accessible urban living with a quieter, comfortable suburban-style tranquility. Allentown ranked number 10 in Zillow's 20 most popular housing markets in the nation in 2025, as Lehigh Valley real estate continues to grow. "The Allentown community is proving to be an important extension of the Philadelphia region for Scully Company," said Jessica Scully, president of Scully Company. "With a high quality of life and less saturated development, the area is attractive for working professionals. Phoenix Ridge is a great new option for rentals." One-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments are 750-795 square feet, and rent ranges from $1,793-$1,870/month. Two-bedroom, two-bathroom units are between 1,085 and 1,109 square feet and rent ranges from $2,235 to $2,283/month.
The apartments boast modern home features including keyless entry, stainless steel appliances, chic quartz countertops, and premium wood-plank flooring. "We are proud to bring a new living concept to the Ambler Borough, a geographical location our firm is passionate about developing to its full potential," said Developer John Zaharchuk, Principal at Summit Realty Advisors. Sizes range from 669 square feet to 1,155 square feet, with rents for a one-bedroom apartment starting at $1,870. Two-bedroom apartments are priced at around $2,540
