This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Department of the Navy. As a strategy and change management analyst, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop strategic communications plans, organizational designs, and change strategy implementation. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:
10+ years of experience in change management supporting senior executive clients
10+ years of experience with face-to-face client interaction in project execution, project management, and administration discussions
5+ years of experience with DoD management support
Experience with linking organizational management processes with organizational capabilities
Experience with informational technology portfolio management
Ability to distill and articulate complex messages in oral and written forms for technical and non-technical audiences
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
Change management certification, including PROSCI, LaMarsh, or Association for Change Management Professionals Certification

Experience with supporting the Navy
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
