- At least 15 years of experience, ideally including 10 years integrating technical Workplace projects and 5 years in Digital Workplace support or engineering teams.
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and collaborative tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Uniflow, and Cisco and Logitech videoconferencing equipment.
- Professional English proficiency, fluent in spoken and written communication.
- Ability to evaluate priorities, risks, and business challenges effectively.
- Strong written and oral communication, documentation, and synthesis skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with rigor, organization, and initiative.
- Collect, scope, and formalize new requirements with requesters.
- Evaluate, compare, and validate technical solutions for the workplace environment.
- Lead the integration and deployment of new equipment and services through testing and production release.
- Prepare project reporting and communications, including progress reports, schedules, and alerts.
- Manage operational handover by writing DEX and DAT documents and training support teams.
- Ensure long-term operations and evolution of solutions and measure delivered service quality through dashboards.
- Build expertise across Digital Workplace and business applications.
- Experience distributed between 10 years in technical Workplace project integration and 5 years in Digital Workplace support or engineering teams.
