  • One year’s experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.
  • Knowledge of machines, equipment, and workplace safety.
  • Demonstrated ability or experience following directions and reading work instructions.

Responsibilities
  • Follow detailed procedures in the processing of engine components throughout the chemical clean line process.
  • Perform various cleaning operations such as chemical cleaning, power wash, nitric strip, paint strip, and titanium oven bakes.
  • Use overhead cranes and ensure cleansing tank times and parameters are adhered to.
  • Accurately log all process and results in department job log.
  • Communicate work-related problems and issues with supervisors or other departments.
  • Participate in problem-solving with supervisors and other departments.
  • Communicate with engineers, lab technicians, and team members regularly in the continuous improvement process.
