EliseAI hits $200M ARR after five consecutive years of 100% growth across housing and healthcare.

EliseAI hits $200M ARR after five consecutive years of 100% growth across housing and healthcare. June 10, 2026 NEW YORK, June 10, 2026 - EliseAI, the AI company automating complex housing and healthcare systems, today announced it passed $200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), achieving 100% year-over-year growth for the fifth consecutive year. Housing and healthcare together account for more than 40% of the average American household budget. Both industries have been underserved by technology relative to their size and complexity. Automating them at scale requires state-by-state compliance, deep workflow integration, and edge-case handling that general-purpose tools cannot deliver. EliseAI has been building inside that complexity in close partnership with operators, becoming core to how they run their properties and practices. "The industries where AI matters the most are not the ones getting the most attention," said Minna Song, co-founder and CEO of EliseAI. "We started in housing, and then expanded to healthcare, because we believed AI could fundamentally change how essential industries operate. Five years of 100% growth at this stage is rare, and it happens when the problems are real and the product becomes more valuable the deeper it is embedded." EliseAI powers one in six apartments in the United States, automating the entire resident journey - from answering leasing inquiries and handling maintenance requests to following up on renewals. In healthcare, it supports patients by scheduling appointments, guiding them through intake forms, and reducing time spent waiting. The need is most acute where the margin for error is lowest. Affordable housing providers, operating under the tightest financial constraints and serving residents with the fewest alternatives, are increasingly turning to EliseAI because operational consistency is not optional when staffing is lean and residents depend on every part of the system working. It is one of the places where AI can have the most tangible impact on people's lives. "Affordable housing operators have always had to do more with less," said Joshua Greenblatt, Managing Principal at Vesta Corporation. "The compliance requirements are strict, the teams are lean, and the residents we serve often have no safety net if something falls through the cracks. EliseAI takes on the routine work that used to bottleneck our staff, so our teams can spend their time on the people, not the paperwork. For an industry that technology largely bypassed for decades, that shift is real - and it matters." Healthcare administrative costs total in excess of $600 billion annually in the U.S., $150 billion of that attributable to missed appointments alone, driven by excessive manual tasks, fragmented systems, and chronic underinvestment in technology. EliseAI is tackling the problem at the point of highest friction: front-desk and call center operations. Its platform handles complex workflows including multi-step scheduling, prior authorizations, patient intake, and nuanced clinical inquiries, accurately, compliantly, and empathetically, cutting overhead by up to 25%, slashing wait times, and reducing abandoned calls. As a result, EliseAI is increasingly where the patient experience begins. For practices facing staffing shortages and rising call volumes, the company is moving beyond task automation to become a core layer of healthcare operations. "EliseAI's growth shows what it takes to build vertical AI at scale: deep domain expertise, workflow-level product insight, and clear customer ROI," said Alex Immerman, partner, a16z Growth. "Today's news reflects EliseAI's real impact on their customers' bottom lines and sets the stage for continued growth." About EliseAI EliseAI transforms complex housing and healthcare systems. By deeply integrating into workflows and automating operations, it makes them efficient and cuts costs for all. Its platform helps property managers handle leasing, maintenance and resident engagement. EliseAI replaces fragmented tools with one integrated system that reduces manual work and improves accessibility and experience for residents and patients alike. The company is based in New York with offices in San Francisco, Boston, Chicago and Toronto and is actively hiring across all locations. To learn more, visit www.eliseai.com/careers.

ModMed AI scheduling in action: how Kansas City Skin & Cancer Center went live in 24 hours with Elise.

ModMed AI scheduling in action: how Kansas City Skin & Cancer Center went live in 24 hours with Elise. John Durovsik April 29, 2026 The role of the dermatologist has shifted. Where patients once came in for a single mole check and didn't return for years, they now build long-term relationships with their providers, returning regularly for ongoing care. For practices, that shift makes accessibility a baseline expectation rather than a differentiator. "Dermatology is now more closely related to a primary care physician, somebody that you see on a regular basis. That accessibility we have to provide for our patients is part of where Elise comes in." Kansas City Skin & Cancer Center was thinking about exactly that question when they started evaluating EliseAI. As the practice expanded, leadership wanted to make sure every patient who called could actually reach them, without hold queues, voicemail backlogs, or the small frictions that quietly turn into lost appointments. "If you have any kind of roadblocks in getting in and making an appointment, you are going to lose patients. It is even worse to have to leave a voice message and wait for somebody to call you back. It does not provide good care for our patients. It does not feel like they have access to us." With Elise handling first contact, the practice's calls get answered, backend paperwork gets completed, and patients get scheduled without the delays that come from hold queues and callbacks. The team can spend their time on the work that actually requires them. Implementation moved quickly for a team already mid-transition. The practice had recently rolled out a new practice management system, a new phone system, and significant IT changes. "Within 24 hours of receiving an email that Elise was integrated directly with ModMed, we were up and running." Of all those transitions, the EliseAI implementation was "the most painless." The support experience reinforced the decision. The EliseAI team was responsive, hands-on, and shaped their approach around how Kansas City Skin & Cancer Center actually operates day to day. "The support that's been given to us has been worth a million bucks in a sense, because it's catered to us." Within the first week of going live, appointments were being scheduled, phone volume was dropping, and the front desk was no longer running behind. Today, Elise schedules more than 1,850 appointments per month for the practice. With every call answered, patients have a consistent way to reach Kansas City Skin & Cancer Center, and the team has room to focus on the parts of patient care that require a human. "I think it is important for every call to be taken by AI. This is basically organizing it so we can focus on what we do best." The shift in dermatology toward longitudinal care isn't slowing down. Practices like Kansas City Skin & Cancer Center are deciding what accessibility looks like in that new model, and what it takes to deliver it.
