Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in product marketing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Digital health and/or SaaS marketing experience
  • Passion for improving healthcare
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
  • Go-getter attitude with ability to balance strategic and tactical work on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally, including serving as a key partner to product management and sales
  • Effective presentation development and delivery skills
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to tailor style to different mediums
  • Product launch experience
Responsibilities
  • Collect market intelligence-be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria
  • Understand the competitive landscape-be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas
  • Create product messaging and collateral such as one-pagers, website content and slide decks
  • Lead the segment content marketing such as webinars, white papers, and blogs
  • Develop and assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes
  • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Handle monthly release communications for your segment
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works
  • Understand and support our sales channels; the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it
Desired Qualifications
  • Pharma, research or medical device marketing experience
  • Experience marketing to medical practices and/or life sciences companies
