What you will do:
We are looking for a founding member of our cybersecurity team to be responsible for the management and security of ASI’s IT and Security systems. You will help build out our information technology and security practices at ASI and report directly to the VP of Business Operations. In this role, you will:
Build, maintain, and harden ASI’s IT and Security systems across corporate and production environments.
Implement a comprehensive security program that aligns and complies with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, while defending against advanced real world threats.
Build, run, and own infrastructure and automation to detect, contain, and eradicate security threats across endpoint, server, and/or cloud resources.
Manage vendors and service provider relationships and outputs where they contribute to IT, security, and compliance outcomes.
Lead cyber incident response, to include data spillage, procedures while maintaining close communication with executive team and other stakeholders.
Maintain a high level of security posture and compliance as relates to NIST 800-171 and other regulatory standards.
What we value:

Detailed understanding of modern cyberattack root causes and corresponding defensive measures.
Familiarity with Department of Defense FEDRAMP programs, NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance.
Experience with a variety of approaches to IT and Security delivery, including managing SaaS, cloud, virtualization, physical hardware, zero-trust architecture, continuous delivery, and configuration-as-code.
Experience supporting laptop devices (Mac/Windows) and enterprise identity and security solutions.
Recent or current U.S. Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security clearance.
