- Expert level with at least 5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role
- Prior work experience with Excel, Word knowledge of 2010 version
- Good communication skills in both Japanese and English is required
- Arrange executive meeting schedule and prepare related deliverables co-working with team (PMO, business users, etc.)
- Create documents and administrative work for the meetings, such as meeting minutes, printing and so on
- Banking industry experience is a big plus
