Requirements
  • 4+ years experience and proven skills in program management for Go-To-Market and/or data analytics technologies.
  • 2+ years experience guiding and coordinating 5+ teams (3 technical, 2 business) on complex technical projects.
  • A pragmatic approach to developing right-sized processes that help teams operate effectively while delivering high value business outcomes.
  • Exceptional project management skills demonstrated through driving successful multi-team projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to work very well cross-functionally and make hard decisions and trade-offs while incorporating a diversity of perspectives.
  • Empathetic listener with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Drive cross-team technical project velocity by project managing many highly complex go-to-market initiatives that require collaboration across 3 or more technical teams and 2 or more business teams.
  • Lead the discovery for open-ended business problems by partnering with data analytics and data scientists. Supported by data engineering and systems administrators.
  • Drive methodology and consistency in the way we organize and communicate technical programs for resourcing efficiency and delivery date precision.
  • Project manage a team of passionate data engineers, analysts, and systems administrators to ensure efficient delivery of projects in a timely fashion and with quality.
  • Work closely with the Go-to-Market business teams to develop technical plans and goals, as well as to refine processes to improve collaboration.
  • Drive process improvements to increase program velocity while simultaneously raising the bar for quality and operational excellence.
