Founded more than 15 years ago and headquartered in Chicago, the DV Group of financial services firms has grown to more than 350 people operating throughout North America and in Europe. Since spinning out of a large brokerage firm in 2016, DV Trading has rapidly scaled as an independent proprietary trading firm utilizing its own capital, trading strategies, and risk management methodologies to provide liquidity to worldwide financial markets and hedging opportunities to commodity producers and users. The successful candidate will support our HR team and management by:
- Assisting HR Manager with the new hire onboarding process including but not limited to new hire orientation scheduling, background checks, and IT coordination/setup
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition to deliver a best in class recruiting experience by communicating promptly and professionally through scheduling and interview coordination.
- Supporting other HR/Recruitment activities including job postings, on campus events/coordination, and candidate expenses
- Working closely with hiring teams on candidate feedback and update Greenhouse for candidate record and evaluation
- Assisting with other HR/Recruiting tasks and projects as needed
Your Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or HR administrative function
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
