Requirements
  • General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS)
  • No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
  • Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check required in addition to standard background checks
Responsibilities
  • Processing USPS mail and package deliveries; forwarding USPS mail
  • Issuing and tracking residence hall room keys per guidelines and maintaining key inventory
  • Submitting work orders for core changes
  • Issuing temporary ID cards, reviewing digital door access information to troubleshoot
  • Processing payment for various transactions using register system and maintaining a cash drawer
  • Processing loaner room key sign-outs and core changes
  • Processing sign-outs of recreational equipment, cleaning supplies, etc.
  • Tracking and handling Lost and Found items per University policy
  • Communicating policies and procedures to customers and student employees
  • Requires the operation of various office equipment and computer systems.
