  • Certified to Okta Consultant level or equivalent in another Identity product
  • An expert understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS
  • Advanced understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations
  • A minimum of 5 years technical experience in IDAM support & implementations
  • Experience of working with global teams
  • Experience of working in large scale, high complexity environments
Responsibilities
  • To provide IDAM consultancy services and 3rd line technical support to our CoE and global technical community
  • To integrate applications into our IDAM service for the purpose of authentication, authorisation and provisioning where available
  • To onboard user directories from new acquisitions and existing companies as required
  • To assist in the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects
  • To coach the IDAM technical support team to enhance their technical understanding
  • To manage designated technical team members
  • To maintain CMDB & Service Catalogue & technical artefacts relating to IDAM configuration items
  • To participate in the IDAM Change Management process
