What You’ll be Doing 
TabaPay, the market leader for processing payments for cutting-edge Fintech companies, is looking for a mobile engineer to lead the design, development and ongoing life cycle management of TabaPay Android and iOS SDKs.

Responsibilities 
On a daily basis, the mobile engineer will be working closely with TabaPay’s product and engineering teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment to research, develop, integrate and optimize innovative payment solutions.  

• Design, build, and maintain the TabaPay Android SDK and iOS SDK
• Engineer solutions that lead to high performing and customer-centric products
• Transform ideas and designs into modern, clean, and readable code
• Perform as an outstanding team player, and offer technical guidance to others as needed
• Brainstorm technical solutions to support the concept/feasibility stage for new products
• Apply technical expertise to continually improve new and existing solutions
• Collaborate with product on creating detailed requirements     
  

Requirements 
Ideal Background 

• Experience creating and developing Android SDKs in Kotlin and iOS SDKs in Swift
• Successful track record of software development delivering mobile SDK solutions
• Proven ability to translate high level product requirements into detailed specifications
• Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment 
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks at once and adapting to changes quickly

• Experience with the Scrum Agile development lifecycle process preferred  
   
  

Basic Qualifications 

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field where software development is a key component
• Experience in one or more of the following languages: Kotlin or Java, and Swift
• Prior experience building mobile SDKs and native mobile applications
• Have a strong technical background, with 3+ years of experience in Android development and iOS development
• Heightened sense of ownership for the performance and stability of services that provide value to thousands of users

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Graduated from a top tier university.  
• Experience in the payments industry
• Knowledge of low level Android and iOS device APIs
• Growth mindset: a desire to stretch the definition of the role and find additional ways to provide impact in a small team

The pay range for this position is $125,000-$140,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits as listed below , dependent on the position offered.
This position is onsite 5 days a week.
