Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); up-to-date with advancements in office equipment and applications.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and handle multiple tasks and managers in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Must have an active DoD Top Secret // SCI clearance that has been granted or reissued in the last 5 years or is currently enrolled in continuous evaluation.
  • Must have ability to obtain and maintain Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple personnel in a fast-paced Agile development environment
  • Manage and maintain multiple personnel and conference room Outlook calendars
  • Ensure appropriate meeting preparations are made (coordination of call in number, meeting materials available and printed if required, catering requests, etc…) for both internal and external meetings
  • Orders and maintains office supply inventory for unclassified and classified program teams
  • Facilitating program meetings, executive meetings, and customer visits.
  • Produces and edits correspondence and presentations; assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Independently coordinates and manages a variety of projects
  • Schedules meetings internally and externally; coordinates & reserves offsite locations for large events, arranges catering and manages all integration required for program reviews
  • Builds successful working relationships with a diverse group of internal employees and external customers
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms as required
  • Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Operating independently to meet requirements of leadership team and offering expertise to assist other functions within organization
  • Assisting events and activities of major organization initiatives
