Requirements
  • You have a minimum of 6 years of progressive HRBP experience
  • You understand the nuances of supporting hourly workers and will have experience partnering with mid-level managers to build a strong engaged team
  • You have exceptional employee investigation experience as well as the ability to use data & metrics to influence and help business partners make thoughtful decisions
  • Experience with unions and labor relations, including bargaining and grievance management
  • You have hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS platforms, specifically WURK and Greenhouse
Responsibilities
  • In this role, you'll lead People & Culture initiatives across multiple retail locations, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • You'll manage performance, coach managers, resolve employee relations issues, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • You'll also drive engagement, change management, and use data to provide insights to leadership, with frequent travel (75%) to ensure strong collaboration across teams.
