Handshake is hiring a Senior Product Manager to build the professional identity for Gen Z job seekers. More than half of college students in the US have a profile on Handshake, but those profiles are private so their utility is limited. This year we’ll make Handshake profiles much more useful by expanding the audience that can see them, which also gives us the opportunity to offer students a creative surface to express themselves more authentically for their career journey. In this role, you will work with a cross functional team that is empowered to ship, learn, and iterate quickly on this high priority and high visibility project.

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
