Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals

View

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals develops medicines that treat severe diseases by targeting and silencing the genes responsible for them using RNA interference (RNAi). This process allows for significant reductions in gene activity, potentially stopping or reversing the progression of diseases like cystic fibrosis and hepatitis B. Unlike its competitors, Arrowhead focuses specifically on RNAi-based therapies, leveraging proprietary technologies and partnerships with larger pharmaceutical companies. The company's goal is to address unmet medical needs and provide new treatment options for diseases with limited or no effective therapies.
