Position Summary
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HRBP team by providing day-to-day support of administrative work, assisting with auditing and reporting, and preparing presentations and other materials. This role will be key in reviewing, organizing, and analyzing data, preparing business summaries, and providing critical support to initiatives. The Senior HRBP Coordinator will be held accountable in partnering with other Centers of Expertise (COE) team members to deploy the driven data and analytics to the business.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
· Provides administrative support to the HRBP team, such as responding to questions in the ticketing system, processing employee offboarding, approving transactions with Workday, and conducting the meal break violation audit and follow up.
· Supports continued leader and employee training for Workday and future technology initiatives.
· Assists with compiling spreadsheets of job profiles from the job catalog to support reorganization or analysis for a team or office.
· Assists with reviewing courses in the Learning Management System to compile a list of recommended courses to address a training need on a team or in an office.
· Assists in employee engagement by organizing and analyzing responses collected in stay interviews and exit interviews. Reviews data to track trends and escalates feedback.
· Prepares quarterly business summaries for offices by reviewing dashboards, overlaying Employee Relations metrics, and compiling other data and feedback.
· Assists HRBP team with various projects and initiatives, such as workforce planning, supporting succession planning, process improvement, etc.
· Assists with ensuring all employee handbooks and relevant policies are compliant and up to date with legislative requirements.
· Assists with ensuring compliance efforts related to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as industry-specific regulations related to the insurance sector.
· Ad hoc reporting, tracking, and analysis of HRBP metrics.
· Assist HRBP team with special projects and assignments as needed.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
· 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources environment.
· Previous HR experience strongly preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communications skills.
· Experience with an HRIS and/or ATS system preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP is preferred.

The target hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 - $31.25 per hour.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
