  • 5 years of experience in intelligence collection and analysis in a government intelligence organization or business environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hindi fluently, to help implement and enforce our policies of content videos in these languages.
Responsibilities
  • Understand the social, political, and cultural context in India to anticipate and analyze potential YouTube content implications.
  • Build knowledge in the Indian YouTube ecosystem and develop familiarity with video and channel content.
  • Communicate nuanced analysis to executive management and cross-functional stakeholders in order to drive prioritization and risk mitigation decisions.
  • Support operational counterparts during fast-moving and ambiguous situations to assist in the mitigation of content risk on YouTube.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Indian events; political, economic, and cultural drivers of global conflicts, and how social media impacts contentious issues.
  • Knowledge of YouTube and the social media ecosystem, to include online abuse.
  • Excellent collaboration, analytic, writing, and critical-thinking skills.
