Accounting Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee full-cycle accounting operations, lead a team of accountants, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions in compliance with accounting standards
• Review and approve disbursements and cash flow distribution models
• Analyze legal documents and transactions for appropriate accounting treatment
• Assess impacts of repurchase transactions and prepayments on cash flow and financial reporting
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of accountants
• Drive process improvements and maintain documentation standards
• Support external audits and tax return preparation
• Prepare management reports, investor communications, and ad hoc financial analyses
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Proven supervisory and team leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
