Responsibilities
  • Assists in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of healthcare products or services.
  • Develops and reviews promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collects and analyzes data to evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response rates, conversions, and ROI, and providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conducts market research and analysis to gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and marketing advances within the industry.
  • Assists in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and website promotions.
  • Coordinates closely with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, sales teams, and creative agencies, to align promotional strategies with business objectives.
  • Develops reports and dashboards to present data and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Actively contributes to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team.
  • Coordinate and manage New Item set up and maintenance for planogram and mid-year items.
  • Coordinate and manage of off-shelf programs with key suppliers, setting up programs and running off-shelf reporting.
