You are:

The work:

Kick-start your project management career by immersing yourself with classroom and on-the-job training
Support the service delivery or product team(s) by managing resources, projects, and budgets
Develop and execute demand management processes to improve efficiency of both large and small groups
Create training and educational materials on standard management requirements or project governance
Be a team player, supporting your colleagues and the client

Here’s What you Need:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Bonus Points If:

Work experience (or student athlete) AND student leadership responsibilities
Have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in a Business-Related Field
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, Access, Excel, SharePoint, Project, Word)
Experience with any or all of the following: status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, finance reporting, time reporting, expense reporting, resource tracking, deliverable tracking, issue and risk tracking, change control management, and service management reporting
Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$54,200—$54,200 USD
