Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role within B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of executing successful ABM campaigns, particularly for enterprise clients.
  • Experience managing a variety of channels, including paid media, email, social, and events, and knowledge of how to optimize each to drive lead generation.
  • Experience in working closely with sales, product, and customer success to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), CRM (Salesforce), analytics tools (Tableau or similar), and ABM platforms.
  • Legally authorized to work permanently in the US without employer sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in anything.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CMO and sales leadership to architect a data-driven growth marketing strategy that targets each segment, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
  • Develop and manage Account-Based Marketing campaigns, especially for high-value enterprise accounts, creating tailored messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Implement demand generation tactics across key channels like paid media, email, social media, webinars, and events, optimizing for lead volume and quality.
  • Ensure that the marketing strategy supports sales objectives by providing the right tools, insights, and collateral to empower the sales team.
  • Lead and mentor the growth marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and accountability.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), marketing ROI, pipeline velocity, and customer lifetime value (CLV), ensuring continuous optimization of all growth initiatives.
