Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 6 months of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree in STEM, or a PhD in STEM.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience supporting the general upkeep of electrical test labs and systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively to team members both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity in leading small teams.
  • This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with poly clearance per business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Support test operations and test development activities by ensuring that the labs and systems are test ready, specifically for superconducting electronics test environments.
  • Responsible for coordination and control of program assets and maintenance, to include: calibration activities, consumables, and general upkeep of cryogenic test systems.
  • Candidate will be point of contact for all manner of installations, repairs and deliveries of test equipment and test systems.
