Requirements
  • 5–12 years of experience in top-tier analytics consulting, strategy, or operations roles, ideally with exposure to utilities, climate tech, infrastructure, or SaaS
  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills—especially with senior executives at large enterprises
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including solutioning, timelines, budgets, and cross-team collaboration
  • Curiosity and drive to dive deep into AI, geospatial, and sustainability topics—even if you haven’t worked in them before
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to turn complexity into clarity, and data into action.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with our customers—some of the most sophisticated utility, energy, and infrastructure leaders in the world—to understand their toughest business problems and design data-driven solutions
  • Lead complex, cross-functional engagements spanning satellite data, AI models, and geospatial strategy to ensure customer success at every phase
  • Translate massive datasets into meaningful insights, collaborating with GIS, data science, and engineering teams to deliver real-world outcomes
  • Guide customers through large-scale SaaS implementations that drive operational change, sustainability wins, and cost efficiencies
  • Manage and mentor a team of high-caliber APMs and analysts—raising the bar for execution, clarity, and client impact
  • Continuously identify repeatable solutions that scale, working with Product and Engineering to turn field learnings into platform power
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent from a Tier I institution is a plus, but not a must
